What are Mach's

shipping options?

Mach's guests can choose their preferred shipping option during checkout. However, we currently are not able to ship to PO boxes. We’ll provide a delivery date estimate for every item in your bag based on your delivery address and where the item(s) ship from. Click “Edit” to change your shipping address or your shipping speed. We offer the following shipping options:

** For oversized items add an additional $10.95
** For Alaska and Hawaii add an additional $4.00

WHAT IS Mach's RETURN POLICY?

Unused items purchased from this website may be returned in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full merchandise refund, not including shipping charges.

All returns require a Return Authorization. To request a Return Authorization, please contact us at (803) 830-6005, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm CT.

Except in cases where the return is the result of an error by Mach or the item arrives damaged or defective, original shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Mach will not be liable for returns that are lost in transit or returned to the incorrect address; please retain your return tracking information.

The refund amount will be reduced by 20% when:

  1. Orders/Items are refused upon delivery
  2. Returns are made without authorization
  3. Returns are made past the 30 day return window
  4. Items not returned in their original packaging

IMPORTANT NOTE: Replacement part orders placed with our Consumer Services Department cannot be returned for a refund or an exchange. All replacement part sales are final.
